Keyword Grouper v2.3

Groups keywords for you, picks top ads for each keyword group and helps you build ppc campaigns super fast. [I personally use it for my campaigns]

How did this start?....
I tried paying a guy in the Philippines to group keywords for me. He quit... A guy in the Philippines quit because grouping keywords sucks that bad.

(To be fair, I gave him 30,000 insurance related keywords...)

So... I can't hire out and have anything effective... I have tried those "grouping programs" that use the root of the word (ball w/ baseball w/ basketball, etc), but that doesnt really work. They can't tell "dianne's window registry" from "windows registry."

Well guess what, this one can. And does.

Written 100% by me. (with the help of Jelly Belly's, Pandora and Chocolate)
No outsourcing. Boy I wish I could have outsourced this.. but some things I just can't outsource...
BTW, it works on OSX and Windows.

How does it work?

  1. It looks at the keywords and match them up with organic results, paid results, the keyword itself, etc.
  2. Then it matches keywords up with their "nearest buddy" based on how close they are in meaning, results, etc
  3. Then it follows the "buddy trail" looking for obvious breaks in the chain.
  4. Then it looks for loner keywords to see if they really are loners and puts them in a new group or adds them to a group that it missed on the first pass
  5. Then it clean up the groups and gives them the name of the strongest keyword in the group
  6. Then if you choose you can grab the top ads for each adgroup and import them into your campaign

Download the software
(It runs in windows and mac)


3) Subscribe

4) Submit a grouping job

5) Wait
(We use amazon's EC2 to start a seperate server instance to process each grouping task. It is very CPU intensive and can take up to 1 hour per 1000 keywords grouped)

6) Download the completed job

7) Add your own ads or download others existing ads

8) Export campaign to adwords editor

9) Import final campaign from adwords editor and export to yahoo and msn

10) Monitor your ppc campaigns, and profit
